"Our Day Out" Research: For this unit we are looking into the play "Our Day Out" by Willy Russell which was published on the 28th December 1977. "Our Day Out" is a play about kids that live in Liverpool from a remedial class that are unleashed for a day's coach trip to Conway Castle in Wales, stopping off at a cafe, a zoo, a beach and a funfair.  Planning: At the beginning we where given our scene and and our characters we did no do the whole play because it was to long. I was given the characters: Headmaster, Jimmy (who was one of the kids) and the zoo keeper. I was in scene 3, scene 29 and scene 32.
